Aviation is a global market regulated by an ever-increasing number of bilateral agreements which are today negotiated by the European Commission on behalf of EU Member States.
As well as working through IBAC on Global issues and with the NBAA on US issues, the EBAA also supports Officials in the EU/US Open Skies negotiations with the aim of creating a more level playing field for European members operating to the US.
