EUROCONTROL is currently preparing a business case for the proposed ETS Support Facility (old PAGODA). In order to have an idea about the level of interest among aircraft operators and competent authorities in such a facility we have just put on line two short web-surveys for these respective groups to complete.
The surveys simply ask AOs and the authorities if they would be interested in using the proposed features of the facility, and also to what degree they think it could help them to reduce their costs of compliance. The features being proposed are based on the feedback we received from the consultations that we organised over the Summer period with AOs, small emitters and competent authorities.
As Eurocontrol’s ETS Support Facility will be the first and probably most efficient structure to allow small CO2 emitters to use the emissions monitoring simplified procedure, we encourage you to complete it. It shouldn't take more than 10 minutes to complete.
