The Comment Response Documents (CRD) provides the Agency's response to the feedback received from the industry actors during the Consultation phase after the publication of the Notice of Proposed Amendments (NPA). They are published for a review period of three months. After this phase, the rulemaking procedure will enter in the final adoption and publication phase.
Due to the importance of the NPAs we encourage each member to participate in these consultations and to send their comments to EASA. An intelligence report on this issue will be produced following the meeting with the agency next week.
