The second edition of the EBAA Town Hall will take place on 3 November at 15:00 CET.
Designed exclusively for the EBAA community, the Town Hall provides a dedicated space for open and dynamic exchange between our members and the Secretariat. Building on our first session, this second edition will offer another opportunity to look ahead, discuss key developments, align on priorities and ensure that members’ views continue to shape the direction of EBAA’s work.

By Stefan Benz, Chief Executive Officer Policy update: EU ETS Review and its impact on business aviation
Federico Ricci Buffetti, EU Affairs Manager, will provide an update on the ongoing EU ETS Review and what the proposed changes could mean for business aviation.He will be joined by Jasmina Orsic, Head of Aviation Sustainability at Azzera and Chair of the EBAA ReFuelEU Aviation Working Group, who will bring an industry and sustainability perspective to the discussion.
- Membership update
Karen Farias, Manager Membership Affairs, Mélissa Capizzi, Head of Association & Membership Affairs, and Maxime Wauters, Senior Manager Safety & Regulatory Affairs, will cover the latest developments on the Members’ Platform, as well as updates on EBAA’s committees and working groups, including how members can get involved. - EBAA Week 2026 and upcoming events
An update on the latest EBAA Week developments, including confirmed exhibitors, sponsors, speakers and panels, as well as practical event information and what participants can expect across the three days. The session will also look ahead to other key EBAA events and activities planned for 2027. - Open Q&A with Members
An opportunity for members to ask questions, share feedback and discuss the issues that matter most to the EBAA community.
