Training Committee

EBAA is pleased to announce the first in-person Training Committee meeting, taking place at EATS 2026 in Cascais on 5 November.

The meeting will bring together members of the EBAA Training Committee, business aviation training experts and representatives from the wider airline training community for an in-person working session focused on sharing experience, identifying practical approaches and exploring how established airline training practices could inform business aviation.

Beyond the formal discussions, the meeting will provide an opportunity to strengthen connections across the training community through face-to-face engagement, knowledge-sharing and exchange between business aviation and airline training professionals.

From developing pilots towards command ahead of formal Command Courses, to standardising instructors and assessors, and using operational risk and data to design recurrent training scenarios, participants will explore how these approaches can be adapted in a proportionate and practical way to the specific needs of business aviation.

We continue to encourage initiatives that foster collaboration, active committee engagement and practical dialogue across the aviation training community.
