EBAA announces new alternating format for EBACE

31 July 2025

31 July 2025, Brussels. EBACE26 will take place 2 - 4 June 2026 at Palexpo, Geneva. The European Business Aviation Association (EBAA) today announced the future format of the European Business Aviation Conference & Exhibition (EBACE). The event will return to Geneva with a full static display in 2026 and will subsequently alternate every other year with editions hosted in different European cities, while also opening the show to industries closely connected to business aviation.

Following a transitional year in 2025, EBAA is preparing for the next edition with strong interest already expressed by leading manufacturers. From 2026 onwards, the event will offer the best of both worlds: Geneva will remain the anchor location, hosting the renowned static display and flagship industry gathering, while alternating editions will bring the show closer to members across Europe.

This new format preserves the heritage and impact of Geneva while unlocking new opportunities for the industry to connect, discover and grow across the continent.

Stefan Benz, Interim Managing Director of EBAA, said:
“This is an exciting development. By alternating between Geneva and other European cities, EBACE will deliver a dual advantage for exhibitors, visitors and sponsors. Geneva offers a world-class platform with its proven static display and infrastructure, while the alternating editions allow us to reach new audiences, new markets and showcase business aviation to a wider community.”

The updated format will also expand EBACE’s reach by welcoming industries that naturally complement business aviation. These closer connections will add new dimensions to the event and enable greater collaboration, enhancing the experience for all participants while keeping business aviation firmly at the centre.

“Maintaining Geneva as the anchor ensures the high standard the industry expects, while alternating locations and welcoming adjacent industries will bring fresh energy and create even greater opportunities for collaboration with our members, National Associations and stakeholders,” Benz added.
