SkAI Tech builds AI powered crew management and rostering software for business aviation operators. Our platform automates roster construction and optimises crew capacity.

Most operators lose capacity without seeing it. No planner can test every valid crew combination by hand, so rosters built manually cover fewer flights than the same crews could fly. SkAI Tech optimises that allocation, so operations can accept more charter requests with the crews already on payroll, manage disruption without turning to freelance crew, and stop turning down flights that were in fact flyable.

Operators also use the platform to cut the hours spent building and reworking schedules, to reduce last minute changes, and to improve crew quality of life through fairer and more stable rosters. It connects to existing flight operations systems such as Leon and FL3XX, so crew planning stays aligned with the schedule without duplicate data entry.
