Registration fees 2026
Early bird (until August 31, 2026)
- Member €400
- Non-Member €600
Normal fee (September 1 – November 10, 2026)
- Member €550
- Non-Member €750
Early Bird rates are available until Monday, August 31, 2026 — register before then to benefit from the reduced price. Normal registration remains open until Tuesday, November 10, 2026.
Your registration fee includes access to all sessions, coffee breaks, lunch, and the networking cocktail.
EBAA membership status will be verified upon registration.
Payment
All payments are made by credit card at the time of registration. An invoice will be sent automatically by email immediately after payment.
Terms & Conditions - Cancellation policy
All cancellation requests must be received in writing.
- If received before September 16, 2026, the attendee will receive a 100% refund.
- If received between September 17 and October 15, 2026, the attendee will receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds will be issued after October 15, 2026.
