Biography
An experienced aviation safety and operations specialist with nearly three decades in European civil aviation. After holding various roles at DG CAA (Bulgaria) and a secondment to DG MOVE at the European commission, Irina has served as an air operations expert at EASA since 2016. Currently the FTL/FRM focal point, she led key rulemaking initiatives on disruptive schedules and FTL for air taxi and AEMS operators, and acted as technical lead for the EU FTL effectiveness study, alongside multiple other regulatory and safety projects.
