EBAA Week 2026 Programme
EBAA Week 2026 will bring Europe’s business aviation community together for three connected days of operational exchange, safety discussions, regulatory debate and high-level networking. Taking place from Monday 16 to Wednesday 18 November 2026, the programme will combine dedicated sessions for dispatchers, AIROPS stakeholders, safety professionals, policymakers and industry leaders.

Business Aviation Flight Dispatchers Day
EBAA Week will open with the Business Aviation Flight Dispatchers Day at EUROCONTROL Headquarters, bringing together dispatchers and flight operations teams for a practical, operations-focused start to the week.
The day will offer a closer look at the Network Manager Operations Centre and how it supports daily operations across Europe’s aviation network. Through practical sessions, operational scenarios and discussions on disruption management, participants will explore the tools, processes and decision-making frameworks that support more efficient and resilient flight operations.
The programme will also include dedicated Q&A moments with EUROCONTROL experts, giving business aviation professionals the opportunity to exchange directly on the operational challenges they face.

Day 2 | Tuesday 17 November 2026
AIROPS, BASIC and the European Business Aviation Summit
The second day will mark the formal opening of EBAA Week at Sky Hall, with welcome remarks, an opening speech and a full programme combining AIROPS sessions, BASIC discussions and the European Business Aviation Summit.
The morning will focus on operational rulemaking, safety intelligence, navigation resilience, human performance and workforce challenges. In parallel, BASIC will open its work through dedicated tribes addressing safety intelligence, reporting culture and data sharing, GNSS interference and spoofing, fatigue, human performance, operational pressure, ground operations, handling and infrastructure pressure.
In the afternoon, the programme will move into the European Business Aviation Summit, with a keynote address and policy-focused sessions on ReFuelEU Aviation, airport access and slots, and the future of the EU ETS for business aviation. The day will close with networking time and a VIP dinner.

AIROPS and BASIC Closing Day
The final day of EBAA Week will continue at Sky Hall with a second full day of AIROPS and BASIC sessions, building on the discussions and outcomes from the previous day.
The morning will begin with a presentation of the first BASIC outcomes, followed by further safety and resilience discussions on cybersecurity, digital dependency, geopolitical instability, conflict zones and operational resilience.
AIROPS sessions will address key regulatory and operational developments, including PNR, API and General Declarations, data flows and compliance, new regulatory frameworks for innovation projects, and the prevention of illegal use in business aviation.
The programme will conclude with a BASIC plenary session and closing remarks, bringing together the main outcomes from the three-day event and setting the direction for continued industry engagement.
