EBAA Week 2026 will take place in Skyhall from Monday 16 to Wednesday 18 November 2026.

This new three-day format will bring together Europe’s business aviation community for operational exchange, safety discussions, policy dialogue and industry engagement.

We invite EBAA members, operators, safety and operations professionals, policymakers, regulators, sponsors, partners and wider aviation stakeholders to join us for this new flagship gathering. Your participation will help strengthen the voice, visibility and priorities of Europe’s business aviation sector.

Across three days, participants will have the opportunity to take part in dedicated sessions covering flight dispatch, operational priorities, safety, policy and the future of business aviation in Europe.

What to expect?

Business Aviation Flight Dispatcher Day

Business Aviation Flight Dispatcher Day will take place on 16 November 2026 at the EUROCONTROL Headquarters and will offer a dedicated setting for dispatch professionals to exchange with experts, explore practical tools and discuss the operational realities of flight planning for business aviation.

With a maximum capacity of 35 participants, the session is designed to allow for focused discussion, practical exchange and direct interaction among flight dispatch professionals and operational experts.

Air Ops

AIROPS is EBAA’s dedicated B2B business aviation show, created to facilitate business opportunities between ground handlers, airports and FBOs, and trip planners, operators and other key operational stakeholders.

BASIC

BASIC will provide a trusted environment for safety-focused discussions and operator exchange, with sessions designed to address real-world operational experience and help shape future safety priorities.

European Business Aviation Summit

The European Business Aviation Summit will bring together policymakers, regulators, industry leaders and the business aviation community for a focused discussion on the policy and regulatory developments shaping the sector in Europe.
