The European Business Aviation Association (EBAA) is deeply saddened to learn of the accident involving a Beechcraft Super King Air, operated by Zeusch Aviation, at London Southend Airport on 13 July 2025. Our immediate thoughts are with those affected, and we join in expressing full solidarity with the crew and their families.

Safety remains the cornerstone of business aviation in Europe. We commend the swift mobilisation of UK emergency services—including Essex Police, the Air Accidents Investigation Branch (AAIB), fire brigades, air ambulances and medical responders—as these critical resources support those in need and secure the airfield.

We note that Zeusch Aviation has confirmed the accident involved flight SUZ1 and is fully cooperating with investigative authorities. EBAA encourages a thorough and timely investigation by the AAIB, and we stand ready to assist in sharing best practice learnings and industry expertise.

Our thoughts are with everyone impacted. EBAA will continue to monitor the situation closely and offer any support required to ensure safe operations and lessons learned across the sector.
