EBAA BUSINESS AVIATION LAW IN EUROPE (2019)
The second edition of Business Aviation Law in Europe offers a broader overview of the key areas of legislation applicable to business aviation across the main European jurisdictions – encompassing general business aviation law, tax and registration of aircraft. Prepared by EBAA and the AMAC Legal and European Affairs Subcommittee, the guide is designed to provide members of the Business Aviation community, including manufacturers, civil aviation authorities, operators and prospective buyers with an outlook of the legal and tax framework applicable in different European countries.
2019 EBAA YEARBOOK
Each year, we publish a visual summary of European Business Aviation’s contribution across Europe. The data we compile and share is critical to our members and industry stakeholders alike, including European policymakers and regulators. For this 5th edition, we have worked hard to develop an expanded and richer version. It is broken down in 3 parts, each providing the most up-to-date information based on currently available data for our sector.

Business Aviation Law Europe
The EBAA has developed a European business aviation law leaflet to help the members understand the legal framework of jurisdictions. The booklet is developed by the legal subcommittee of the EBAA Associate Members Advisory Council (AMAC), which brings together business aviation operators and associate members.
EBAA Annual report and review
EBAA annual report and review includes an overview on business aviation, including a definition, details and data of the EBAA and its members, an overview on the state of the industry, including economic outlook, traffic analysis, and activity, and the challenges of the industry and description of projects.
EBAA MEP Quarterly
The EBAA produces a quarterly magazine on business aviation for Members of the European Parliament (MEP). It typically includes: An interview with an MEP, Business aviation traffic figures
BizAv country profiles
EBAA develops an annual summary of business aviation in 31 European countries. The “country profiles” describe the stakeholders, economic impact, number of business aviation departures, market share, and traffic performance.
Every month, the EBAA publishes a “traffic tracker” which is a compilation of data on business aviation. The executive summary compares the data to previous periods, offering insight on the overall trends, along with a comparative graph. Subsequently, the tracker details the statistics of flights for the month, including the arrival, departure, for the current and previous year.
