This leaflet, produced by the European Business Aviation Association (EBAA) and the General Aviation Manufacturers Association (GAMA), highlights three core messages of business aviation.

Brussels, Belgium, 13 April 2023 – With the 2023 European Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition (EBACE2023) just weeks away, the European Business Aviation Association (EBAA) and the National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) are pleased to announce that Toto Wolff, Team Principal of the Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS F1 Team, and F1 executive Susie Wolff will kick off the show as keynote speakers.

Brussels, 14 February 2023. Several climate activists gathered at AIROPS 2023, the annual premier event for Business aviation flight operations professionals organised by the European Business aviation Association (EBAA). AIROPS is an educative platform where Business aviation professionals gather to further improve safe and efficient Business aviation operations in Europe.

The "Fit for 55" package is a set of proposals put forward by the European Commission in July 2021 to help member states of the European Union decarbonise the European economy.

Brussels, 18 January 2023. The World Economic Forum (WEF) held in Davos is known for attracting business leaders, politicians, and representatives with international and government and philanthropic organizations.

So far, the 2020s have been an interesting time for European Business aviation. Following the uncertainty of COVID-19 and its impact on aviation as a whole, our industry hit new heights in July 2021, recording our busiest month ever with around 85,000 flights. This trend has continued into 2022, as commercial aviation has struggled to come to terms with rebounding demand of travellers.

Montreal – October 7, 2022 – The International Business Aviation Council (IBAC), alongside EBAA, applauds the adoption of a long-term aspirational goal for international aviation of net-zero carbon emissions by 2050, by governments gathered for the 41st ICAO Assembly this week. The decision sends an important signal of the resolve of the international aviation community to decarbonize.

The European Business Aviation Association (EBAA) has taken note of the current political mainstream that is calling for the regulation of private jet flights more thoroughly at the EU level. Most upsetting, are the unfortunate routes taken that includes notions of banning, or increasing taxation which could simply deter the entire industry from operating and developing sustainable technologies.
