Las Vegas, NV, Oct. 14, 2021 – Zara Rutherford, the youngest woman attempting to fly solo around the world, will be a keynote speaker on May 23 at the 2022 European Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition (EBACE2022). The announcement was made today at the National Business Aviation Association’s Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition (NBAA-BACE) by the European Business Aviation Association (EBAA) and NBAA, the co-hosts of EBACE.

Brussels, 7 October 2021. In a challenging industry climate, the European Business Aviation Association (EBAA) is pleased to announce the joining of a new operator to its membership, AllianceJet. A relatively new company, AllianceJet bolstered its leadership with the arrival of CEO Hervé Laitat who encouraged the operator to join the European trade association.

Whilst the Business aviation operators are committed to make their industry greener and sustainable and the ReFuel EU Aviation initiative of the European Commission is becoming more and more concrete, several national legislations already make the use of biofuel mandatory for the airlines.

European Business Aviation Association (EBAA) Chairman Juergen Wiese and Secretary-General Athar Husain Khan joined together to honour the life, legacy and dedication of EBAA Co-Founder and Business aviation visionary Mr François Chavatte, who passed away on the 24th of June 2021.
