The agreement ensures that business aviation companies based in Ireland can benefit from representation at national level through the IBGAA, and at European level through the EBAA.

We were delighted to witness the launch of the Irish association and are glad to be able to support them within the framework of a member sharing agreement,” said EBAA COO Robert Baltus COO. With Business aviation facing many challenges both at national and European level, it’s more important than ever for associations to work together and help the industry move forward.”.

Josh Stewart, Founding Chairman of the Irish Business and General Aviation Association (IBGAA), said,We’re hugely pleased to enter into this agreement with the EBAA, as it improves our ability to serve members throughout Ireland. Having recently been accepted as a member of the International Business Aviation Council (IBAC), the agreement expands our international reach, putting us in a very strong position to promote the advantages that Ireland offers to the global Business aviation industry.

On top of the member sharing agreement, IBGAA also joins the Council of European Business Aviation Associations (CEBAA); an interactive forum where European national associations meet to guide projects that have an impact at national and European level.
