The Hague, Netherlands. The Business Aviation industry in Europe is being represented by 10 dynamic, young professionals at the 2018 One Young World Summit, taking place 17-20 October in The Hague, Netherlands.

What do young people think of Business aviation and the future of sustainable personal air transport? The survey: How millennials see the future of Business aviation: a focus on sustainable personal air transport published in cooperation with ThinkYoung, sought answers to these questions.

Geneva, Switzerland., May 28, 2018 – Today, a coalition of international business aviation organizations joined government officials to redouble their focus on advancing the development and adoption of Sustainable Alternative Jet Fuel (SAJF), reflecting the industry’s long-standing commitment to emissions reduction, including, among other aims, carbon neutrality from 2020 forward.

Using EUROCONTROL data, EBAA publishes a traffic tracker every month, which provides a comprehensive analysis of the Business aviation traffic in Europe.

The report, completed in partnership with Clyde & Co, presents the current relationship between the EU and the UK, before presenting six scenarios for a future one.

The European Business Aviation Association (EBAA) has taken note of the current political mainstream that is calling for the regulation of private jet flights more thoroughly at the EU level. Most upsetting, are the unfortunate routes taken that includes notions of banning, or increasing taxation which could simply deter the entire industry from operating and developing sustainable technologies.
